The Yard Management System improves the efficiency, accuracy and safety of handling cars arriving and leaving the yard. It also helps to reduce costs, errors and delays that can occur due to manual and paper-based methods.
The YMS can communicate with the cars in different ways depending on the software and hardware used.

This yard management system, which is a 100% transportation and logistics solution, handles the arrival, departure, loading and unloading of vehicles and has these functions, among others:
- Tracking and scheduling of trucks entering and leaving the area
- Allocate a gate/parking space to each truck based on availability and cargo type, which is matched against the order in the system.
- Notification to truck drivers and employees when a vehicle is ready for loading and unloading.
- Records cargo details such as: quantity, weight, barcode and destination.
