thatphrase is still heard daily in the office, because Jørgen always has the answer, even now, 20 years after it all started with the founder of Solvision.
Jørgen has always loved numbers - and numbers have always loved him. This inseparable partnership is set in stone and a vital nerve in Jørgen's life.
As a tireless and robust vending machine, Jørgen is actually the only man who has been there every step of the way - from vending machines to fishing lakes and tanning centers to the last many years of parking. Jørgen never gives up and it is with deep dedication and determination that he says:
"I can make those vending machines work!"
You can clearly feel Jørgen's passion for his profession, his software and his machines, because that's how he really feels. Therefore, it is not only during working hours that Jørgen's thoughts revolve around programming and solving various problems.
"I can't help it," is his short answer.
"Go for a walk, do something else and then the solution will come", Jørgen's math teacher always said and that's exactly how it is for Jørgen, because it often happens that the possible solution comes to him in the car to and from work. Jørgen's head is always at "work" because he is passionate about what he does.
If you ask Jørgen himself what he would have become if he hadn't become a computer scientist, he doesn't really have an answer, ironically enough - considering he's the man with all the answers.
Having someone like Jørgen on the team is a great privilege and we are eternally grateful for his deep dedication and resilience.
